The Spinning division of the corporate has over 25,000 spindles. It manufactures 100% cotton yarn of various counts ranging from 20's from 40's both combed & semi combed knits & wovens it is equipped with imported machineries from Rieter, Truetzschler, Muratec & lab testing equipments from Uster which produces around 10 tonnes of yarn per day.

Knitting division has the capacity to produce 8 tonnes per day. The fabric range includes Single jersey, interlock, rib, flatback rib, pointel & drop needle rib, mini/full jacquard fabric, auto stripes, waffle, airtex, 2thread/3thread fleece, terry, loop knit, pique, honey comb fabric like polar fleece, micro fleece, sherpa etc...

Dyeing division has fully automatic & highly advanced dyeing machines and Eco soft plus Roto stream from Thies GmbH, Germany, which are attached with automatic dyes dispensing system (MPS-D). Production capacity is 12 tonnes of fabric per day on an average.

Heat Setting, Tubular heat setting machine for polyester & lycra fabrics, Model ask me from Taiwan (2 machines), Open width compactor - BIANCO from ITALY, Tube Tex compactor (Two Machines) from USA ,Tubular fabric mercerizing machine from DORNIER, German - Compacting.

Embroidery capacity is 8000 pcs per day with Three BARUDAN machines from Japan and two highly advanced laser cutting machines Viable from UK.

The production capacity of the garment facility is 75,000 pcs per month. We are equipped with a range of specialized machinery for producing efficient and quality merchandise.

D Fabs unit has advanced techniques which impact special effects to the fabric by the use of special customized washing procedures such as Acid wash, Stone wash, Enzyme wash, Bio wash, Vintage wash, Caustic wash, Sand wash, Denim wash, Dip wash and Peach wash based on buyer customer preferences.

Cutting is the main phase in garment making. A Garment can’t be made without cutting. In our firm cutting is done by the persons who are perfectly skilled and experience. We have modern hand cutter and pattern cutting machines.

Every garment is subjected thru a initial check in the production on to the line and only then passed on to the separate checking division for a final checking.

SAs this is the final figuring of a Garment, we take maximum care. We have a experienced team of checkers who under go checking in three stages. Initial / middle & Final. There are three filters to filter the garment before it reaches the Ironing Division.

We buy our Packing Materials from leading suppliers and professional providers. We use only Oeko Tex certified labels produced from fully computerized labeling machines.
